Mobile marketing home

  • What it’s about: HubSpot mobile app offers now better tools and default views for marketers!
  • What are the benefits: The Mobile Marketing Home centralizes key tools and insights, reducing distractions and boosting focus to drive growth. By bringing all productivity tools into one hub, it enhances your efficiency and effectiveness from the start of your day. Available for Pro+ users.

Export CTA analytics

  • What it’s about: Export analytics for CTAs created through the new editor in HubSpot. File formats include CSV, XLS, and XLSX. You are able to export data such as Clicks, Views, Campaign, and Link data.
  • What are the benefits: With custom performance analysis in the new CTA tool, you can gain insights tailored to your specific needs and goals. For example, you can analyze the click-through rates of different CTA designs on your website, helping you choose the most effective option for future campaigns. This feature helps you make informed decisions and optimize your assets. Available for Starter+ users.

Sales Hub & Service Hub

Approvals for deal pipeline

  • What it’s about: This update allows you to add an approval stage in your sales pipeline where up to three approvers must review and approve deals before they move forward, enhancing control and efficiency.
  • What are the benefits: This ensures deals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company goals before finalizing, reducing errors and improving deal quality. In public beta for Enterprise users.

Re-attempting leads

  • What it’s about:  This update lets admins require reps to set up a follow-up lead for the future after disqualifying a lead for a specific reason, ensuring that no disqualified lead is forgotten due to bad timing.
  • What are the benefits:  This automation helps sales reps effectively re-engage with previously disqualified leads by automatically creating follow-up tasks based on the disqualification reasons, improving targeting and follow-up consistency. Available for Pro+ users. 

Mobile lead management

  • What it’s about: Lead management capabilities are now available on the HubSpot mobile app, allowing you to prospect and qualify leads from anywhere.
  • What are the benefits: This update standardizes the prospecting process across mobile and desktop, streamlining on-the-go lead qualification and improving efficiency by providing a consistent experience across channels.

Line item panel redesign for quotes and deals

  • What it’s about: This update streamlines the creation of line items for deals and quotes, making the process more intuitive and seamless.
  • What are the benefits: The enhanced line item panel consolidates essential details like Name, Price, and Billing Frequency, along with supplementary fields such as SKU, Description, and Tax rate, simplifying the process and reducing confusion when creating line items.

GDPR consent collection in CSAT and custom surveys

  • What it’s about: This update allows you to easily collect consent from survey respondents on CSAT web and custom surveys, ensuring GDPR compliance and transparency when creating new contacts in the CRM.
  • What are the benefits: This feature helps maintain GDPR compliance by enabling respondents to provide consent when their email is captured, allowing you to gather feedback while respecting privacy regulations and securing consent for future communications. Available for Pro+ users. 

Customizable registration follow-up mails

  • What it’s about: You can now personalize registration follow-up emails using the marketing email editor, allowing for a more tailored approach to improve membership conversion rates.
  • What are the benefits: This update enhances branding consistency and boosts registration completion rates by enabling you to customize follow-up emails, adding a personalized touch to better engage potential members.

Build app cards (UI extensions) for Help Desk ticket sidebars

  • What it’s about: Enhance the productivity of your support teams by providing them with the right information in the right place.
  • What are the benefits: This update allows you to create UI extensions for help desk ticket sidebars, streamlining access to crucial information and enabling quick actions, improving efficiency within the workspace.

User Out of Office for Inbox and Help Desk

  • What it’s about: Admins and users can now set out of office blocks based on the user's specific timezone, adjusting their availability status to 'away' and removing them from automatic assignment in inboxes or the Help desk.
  • What are the benefits: This feature provides greater control over availability and workload, ensuring that users are not automatically assigned tasks while out of office, reducing interruptions, and improving team collaboration across different time zones and local holidays. Available for Pro+ users.

Operations Hub

Data quality weekly digest

  • What it’s about: The data quality digest is a weekly summary that highlights your account's data health, tracking changes in issue volume and maintenance needs to address data inconsistencies proactively. It is accessible through Email, Slack, and Bell Notifications.
  • What are the benefits: This digest delivers integrated insights directly to you, helping proactively manage data quality by identifying issues like duplicates and formatting problems before they impact operations, reducing the need for manual checks and preventing data problems early on. In public beta for Pro+ users. 

CRM

Store HIIPA data in HubSpot

  • What it’s about: This update allows organizations that require a business associate agreement (BAA) under HIPAA to store personal, protected health information (PHI) in HubSpot, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • What are the benefits: By securely storing HIPAA data in HubSpot, organizations can improve contact tracking, segmentation, and automation, gaining valuable insights into customer interactions while maintaining compliance with health information protection standards. Currently in beta for Enterprise users.

New workflow actions for associations

  • What it’s about: The new association actions in workflows let admins automate tasks like applying, updating, or removing association labels, as well as creating new associations based on matching property values.
  • What are the benefits: This functionality automates association management, improving data quality and reducing the manual effort required as your use of associations and labels scales with growth.

Translate custom CRM data

  • What it’s about: The new activity totals card can be placed in the center column of record pages, showing customers an aggregated count of emails, calls, meetings, and tasks created for that record.
  • What are the benefits: This feature allows customers to quickly gauge engagement with a record without having to review the entire timeline. It benefits both sales representatives and managers by providing a clear summary of essential activity data on a record, eliminating the need to switch between tabs or scroll through the entire timeline.

Stage Tracker for Associated Records

  • What it’s about: The new association stage tracker card lets you view and edit deal stages and properties directly from the company record.
  • What are the benefits: This feature reduces extra clicks by letting you access and modify associated records and fields from the same view, streamlining your workflow and improving efficiency. Available for all HubSpot users!
