The new year brings new opportunities, and HubSpot remains a reliable partner! The platform has once again been enhanced with improvements, and several exciting features are in beta, some of which we will introduce in this post. HubSpot's early-year campaigns focus on the Marketing Hub, Content Hub, and Breeze Intelligence tools, which we will detail below!
General in HubSpot
The new sales funnel report builder allows optional stages
- What's it about: When you create a customized "sales funnel report," you can mark certain stages as optional. This means that a deal or contact that has reached the end of the funnel can skip certain stages in the funnel and still be included in the final number.
- What are the benefits: the revamped sales funnel reporting system includes more features and allows for more versatile reporting depending on the user's needs:
- You can designate some stages of the funnel as optional. This means that a contact can skip a certain stage, for example, a marketing qualified lead (MQL) can skip the sales qualified lead (SQL) stage and move directly to an opportunity.
- You can use the company's lifecycle stage to create the sales funnel. Some marketers, especially those using ABM marketing, prefer to analyze results at the company level.
HubSpot Insights functionality is being discontinued
- What's happening: HubSpot Insights is a database that automatically fills in company information based solely on the domain. HubSpot will end support for this feature on March 17, 2025, after which:
- The HubSpot Insights data on your account will remain, but it will not be updated.
- Company names will still be automatically filled based on company domains.
- New company information will no longer be automatically enriched for free.
- The inquiry tab for individual company information will continue to offer the same information and much more. You can manually enter information in this tab when creating new company records.
- What's next: You can continue to leverage automatic enrichment data by upgrading to HubSpot's new AI-based solution called Breeze Intelligence (beta). Breeze Intelligence is available through a credit-based system and offers more accurate contact and company information, insights into contact purchase intentions, and intelligent tools for shortening forms.

Marketing Hub & Content Hub
Marketing reporting improves
- What's it about: The Marketing Analytics Suite is a solution entering public beta on January 22nd, designed to streamline key marketing metrics and reports into one place.
- What are the benefits: Marketing Analytics Suite simplifies marketing reporting by providing a streamlined view that combines all data in a way that helps understand what works and what doesn't. Additionally, each report features a consistent "interface," making it easier for users to navigate from one report to another.
Email Editor is Being Updated
- What's happening: Starting January 9th, a new version of the marketing email editor has been available in beta, featuring an updated toolbar on the left side.
- What are the benefits: The sidebar of the marketing email editor has been updated to improve the accessibility and usability of certain tools and features. Additionally, the content of an individual email can now be viewed behind the content tree familiar from the website editor.
Instagram Stories
- What's happening: In the future, you will be able to publish Instagram Stories and see their performance in the Mobile Social tool, which you can download on Android or iOS devices.
- What are the benefits: stories are usually published on the go, so they should be created quickly on a mobile phone. Now this is possible through the HubSpot mobile application, allowing important visitor data to be collected directly into the HubSpot portal for these stories as well.
Embed forms or pop-up banners directly into CTA buttons
- What it's about: All forms or pop-ups created in the new form editor can now be embedded directly into CTA buttons on websites.
- What are the benefits: Gaining conversions and thereby collecting leads is one of the most important tasks in marketing. In the future, forms, i.e., converting elements, can be embedded directly into CTA buttons on websites, thus avoiding unnecessary separate landing pages.
Sales Hub
High-priority and sequence tasks highlighted on the salesperson's homepage
- What's it about: As a salesperson, you can now view your most important tasks in a separate module at the top of your summary page. This helps you quickly identify which tasks are most critical and need to be addressed as soon as possible. You can also filter these key tasks by time, such as today, tomorrow, next week, etc.
- What are the benefits: Nowadays, sequence tasks and high-priority tasks are easily mixed up, making it difficult for users to access their most important tasks. The goal is to speed up and clarify salespeople's tasks by elevating the most important items to the top of the summary page immediately.
